Hmmm... maybe Pop is his Grandfather??However, dedicating it to his "Pop" is a compliment, and shows him that he loves his "Pop", knowing that he can never be God. Being Fathered by God should be for everyone, including those who have had a perfectly healthy father/child relationship.
