Wounds

Emotional Wounds -  why can women see them, and we can't?  Are we so trained in the no blood, nothing dangling so you should be good to get back into the game.  That means when someone is emotionally wounding us, we don't know that someone is hurting us.  That means we don't know to tell that person to stop hurting us.  Are all us men that obtuse in the emotional division.

I know that going through the dating process for so long made it rather mechanical for me.  I eventually lost some of the fun out of it because I never knew what was working or what was not.

What is the healing if we are emotionally not plugged in?

  1. Belated reply, and somewhat related misc. ramblings.

Emotional Wounds - I know this is a generalization, and therefore I cannot relate on some levels. Many times I know that someone is hurting me, but I don't know the right way to deal with it. I know that I want to, but my best friend fear won't let me defend myself, because it may not be the "right thing to do".

I am thankful that my Creator is in control, and knows me, is patient with me, and actually cares about me, because the more I live my life with my best friend fear around, the more I know that I need Him to help me know what to do, in any given situation, with confidence.
