Are we a blank slate that fathers and grandfathers write on, or do we make ourselves into self made men? Why was the author mad that he had to ask someone how to do fix his sprinklers, instead of enjoying the learning process?

Safety
Is a motorcycle safer than a Chevy economy car? This one I put to the collective wisdom of the cranky motorcycle people. Is safe driving an illusion of the management of risk? Am I not being "safe" when I ride my motorcycle? These are the questions that I ask myself.
good times today, brothas. I appreciate how we each have different pieces, depending on how we were raised, and I think it is amazing how that impacts us even today, or at least speaking for myself. I want to be 'dangerous' but I don't want to be stupid or bring shame to the Lord, aka "...don't use your freedoms for..."
ReplyDeleteYou are now an author on the blog. I was kind of hoping we could all write the main articles and not just be commentators to thoughts outlined. I like to think God is out there riding his mtn bike goofing off doing jumps and such. There is defiantly a balance to the freedoms we have been given.
